It didn't make it through our first attempt at making fries. Set it for 13 minutes at 350 and it died 10 minutes in. Completely turned off and won't turn on. Tried different outlets so prove it is the machine. It had a slightly over-worked engine smell.. not a burnt smell... but just a hot smell. We ordered a replacement so wish us luck! Will change review if it's a better experience.

After reading so many reviews on air fryers, I was hesitant to purchase one. I took a chance on this Amazon Basic as it had the best overall reviews. It is a little larger overall than I anticipated. My first attempt at air frying thick sliced frozen french fries was so easy. Just be sure to read all the instructions prior to beginning. I can see many uses for this air fryer as I live alone and can cook small quantities and I don't have to heat up my oven. Very pleased so far!

I'm new to constant cooking during COVID-19 and didn't want to gain weight but wanted tasty food. The air fryer was recommended. This one doesn't disappoint and can do more then just fry veggies. I've already cooked okra, potato fries, sweet potato fries, squash, and even cooked some ahi tuna. Fried some avocados (in panko) and also some frozen corn dogs. It's easy to use with clear, logical dials and the pans are easy to hand or dishwasher wash. Spraying them with cooking oil speeds clean-up time too. A clear manual helped me learn cooking times and techniques.

I was wondering if the door is supposed to close all the way?
Mine I have to jamb it in to even cook and then there is a gap in the door and the rest of the item.
I see the issue, no nut on one of the screws on the handle, so the screw catches when trying to put in place.
I never heard back from you so I guess you don't back your product?
The handle is now broken. The 2 screws came out.

I am in love with this air fryer! I waited a long time to get one because there was so much hype about them and they are usually so pricey to cook so little. My friend cooked me a veggie Patty in hers (which never gets quite crunchy enough on the outside) and I knew I had to make the purchase. This guy is kind of big but it doesn't bother me because it stays on my counter next to a toaster. Don't get any other brand. Get this one! You won't find a better bang for your buck.

Got to use an air fryer for the first time. It's a lot of fun! I have no other air fryer tonxompair thiamine with so this one works great! I did line the basket with foil to heat through an spinach and artichoke dip. Easy clean up! Just poured into a bowl after 30 minutes..left a beautiful crust on top with the center hot and cheesy. Garlic tortilla chips. Crispy. Roasted garlic and ginger snow peas. Slid right out. Love this product so far!

I love the price and the ability now to make healthier food, faster. And not so healthy food easier....lol
But, there are some cons. The knobs are loose and not firm and exact. The time isn't exact because of this and in the pictures you can see the temp settings are not in the common areas. 250, 300, 350, 400. This makes setting the temperature, plus with loose knobs, not the best. It works. But Amazon chose not to do quality work. Easy quality work could of been taken. So only really a 3.5 star.

This has been a great edition to a family members kitchen. I bought it for her as she is older and was a little scared to try an air fryer. I thought the pictures on the amazon one would be helpful for her in choosing a cooking setting. She has used it almost every day!! She loves it!! The price point and size are perfect for a small family of 2-3.

Es buena pero es de muy poca capacidad, entonces si planeas usarla para tipo comercio no la recomiendo mucho. Aparte no viene con recetarios que sería muy muy bueno. Por 1000 pesos más, si tu presupuesto lo permite, compraría la Oyster. Es muy grande, y si que tienes que buscarle un lugar en tu cocina.
